BAVARIAN MINT COFFEE CREAMER

Makes about 15 servings

Ingredients:
3/4 cup non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 cup Dutch process cocoa
3/4  cup powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. peppermint extract

Directions:
Combine all ingredients in a container with a tight fitting lid. Shake well to blend. To make Bavarian Mint Coffee: Add 2 TBS creamer to a mug of coffee.

EASY HOT COCOA MIX  

Ingredients:
1/3 cup cocoa
2/3 cup sugar
1 cup powered dry milk

Directions:
Mix together well and store in an airtight container. Use 3-4 TBS of mix per cup of hot water, stir and serve.

FLAVORED INSTANT TEA MIX 

Ingredients:
1 cup instant tea powder (I like Nestea's decaffeinated unsweetened)
1/2 cup sugar
1 small pkg. gelatin powder (orange, strawberry, or whatever flavor you like)

Directions:
Just stir ingredients together in a dry bowl, then transfer into a resealable container.  
Add 2 TBS to 6 oz. hot water, stir and serve.

HOLIDAY PUNCH

Ingredients:
1 (46 oz.) can of Juicy Juice Punch, chilled
1/2  (2 liter) bottle of Sprite, chilled
1 pint of rainbow sherbet
1 (15 oz.) can of lite mixed fruit (prepared as indicated)
Ice, if desired

Directions:
The day before, open can of fruit and pour fruit with the juice into a jello mold or microwave cake form.  Put into the freezer.  In a punch bowl, combine Juicy Juice and Sprite.  Dip out sherbet and add to punch by tablespoonfuls.  Add ice, if desired.  Unmold fruit ring by running cool or warm water on the backside of the mold until frozen fruit pops out.  Float frozen fruit ring on top of punch.

TRADITIONAL HOT CHOCOLATE 
Makes 1 serving

Ingredients:
1 heaping tsp cocoa
1 1/2  heaping tsp to 1 TBS sugar (or one packet sweetener)
2 TBS hot water
Just under 1 cup of milk
1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
Optional: top with a marshmallow or whipped cream

Directions:
Mix water, cocoa and sugar in a saucepan.  Heat and stir until it begins to boil.  Stir in cold milk and reduce heat.  Do not boil.  Add vanilla (if desired).  Whisk with wire whisk or the beater from a mixer for a few seconds to make foamy.  This keeps a skin from forming.  Pour into cup.  Top as desired.

HOT CHOCOLATE MIX

Ingredients:
1 (8 qt) pkg. nonfat dry milk powder
1 (6 oz.) jar coffee creamer
1 (16 oz) pkg. Of Nestle Quik (or similar) chocolate powder 
1/2 cup powdered sugar

Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in a dry bowl until mixed well, then transfer to resealable container.  Add 1/4 cup hot chocolate mix to 3/4 cup of hot water, stir and serve.

INSTANT CAPPUCCINO MIX 

Ingredients:
1 cup Nestle Quik (or similar) chocolate powder made for chocolate milk
3/4 cup powdered non-dairy coffee creamer
1/2 cup instant coffee
1/2  tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground nutmeg

Directions:
Mix all ingredients well and store in an airtight container.  Add one heaping TBS  to 1 cup hot water, stir until frothy, and serve.

MOCHA DRINK MIX

Ingredients:
1 cup dry milk powder
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup instant coffee powder
1/2 cup baking cocoa
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Stir together in a dry bowl and transfer to a resealable container.  Mix 5 tsp. into 1 cup very hot water, stir and serve.

ORANGE SLUSHIE
Tastes like the Orange Julius you can get at the mall
Makes 2 servings

Ingredients:
1 cup orange juice
1 cup whole milk
12-24 large ice cubes
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1-3 TBS sugar (to taste)

Directions:
Blend all ingredients in a blender until ice is crushed and drink is smooth, as thick as you want it, and frothy.

SUMMER JUICE BLEND

Ingredients:
Apple juice
Cranberry juice
Orange juice
Water
Ice

Directions:
Mix together equal parts of all ingredients.  Serve over ice.

TOFFEE COFFEE MIX

Ingredients:
2/3 cup instant coffee
1 cup powdered coffee creamer
1 cup brown sugar

Directions:
Process all ingredients, a little at a time, in a blender on liquefy until well blended. Store in an airtight container.  Stir 1 heaping TBS into a cup of hot water, stir and serve.
