If you are not certain that you have eternal life through Jesus, please take a moment to pray about this. In the privacy of your own mind, just sincerely ask God to reveal Himself to you.
Jesus is God...
"In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God." (John 1:1, NIV)
He took the form of a man...
"The Word became flesh and made his dwelling among us." (John 1:14, NIV)
lived a sinless life...
"...we have one who has been tempted in every way, just as we are--yet was without sin." (Hebrews 4:15, NIV)
and willingly took the punishment for our sins upon Himself.
"He himself bore our sins in his body on the tree, so that we might die to sins and live for righteousness..." (1st Peter 2:24, NIV)
He came back to life, proving His power over death...
"...Christ died for our sins according to the Scriptures, that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures, and that he appeared to Peter, and then to the Twelve. After that, he appeared to more than five hundred of the brothers at the same time, most of whom are still living, though some have fallen asleep." (1st Corinthians 15:3-6, NIV)
When we believe Him, He saves us from the punishment of sin, and gives us eternal life!
"Believe in the Lord Jesus, and you will be saved." (Acts 16:31, NIV)
"For God so loved the world that he gave his one and only Son, that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life." (John 3:16, NIV)
If you want to believe in the Lord Jesus, and have life forever, do it now. You can say a prayer like the one below. Or you can use your own words. God knows your heart. Just trust Him.

"Dear God,
I know I do things wrong, and that I have come short of Your righteousness.
I don't understand everything, but I believe that Jesus died for me, and rose from the dead, and I am trusting in Him as my only hope for eternal life."
